When I open an application that my nvidia gtx1050 uses everything runs smooth in my laptop, but when there is no application that nvidia gtx1050 uses my laptop does weird. When I open an application my screen freezes for a second. For example when i open popcorntime witch uses nvidia gtx1050 and when that runs in the background and i open google chrome or settings-system everything runs smooth.
But when i close popcorntime (my nvidia is not active anymore) when i open now google chrome or settings-system my screen freezes for a second.

Why? What is the problem?

It cold be that your laptop is using the Intel-based GPU with a browser, etc and the dedicated GPU (in this case the GTX 1050) for more demanding graphical applications.

Okay, but way freezes my screen for a second when i open settings-system or google chrome or random freezes while i browes in edge?
Cuz the intel-based GPU cant handle it?

If you've done a clean reinstall of your video drivers I'd hazard a guess something else is going on.

not a reinstall but my drivers have latest update.
is there something else i can try to do?
Reinstall your drivers, even if they're the latest they might still be corrupt or having issues. Download the latest driver pack directly from Nvidia and it should give you the option to perform a clean installation during the install process.
