when there's a problem getting to a forum?

today for the first time I can't enter a popular forum - all it shows (after the correct title) is a screen that says "there seems to be a problem with the database and try to click on refresh".

I click on refresh, nothing happens

I've been going to the forum for years, was there this morning, what do I do now?

Thanks if anybody can help.
 
wait. wait. wait. they may be working on the site. or it may be temporarily shut down. anything. wait a couple hours and try again. and try from another comp too.
 
if it is running of vbulletin, they are probably upgrading to vb3.5
 
it's working again

finally by evening I could enter the forum again and it's working as usual, thank goodness!
