when trying to install some software

i get this error message

AppName: setup.exe AppVer: 2.0.0.0 ModName: setup.exe
ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset: 000530b1

its from my adobe disc. i dont get it! google doesnt really bring anything up like.

Also what happens is! i put the disc in, its loads like it should i go through the agreement and then it just says sorry windows had to shut it down!
