when will the clicking stop

ok so youll laugh at me but i cant get my computer to stop clicking and it dosent just click it jumps windows like if im working on word but i have IE oppen it will bring it up, also when im typing like an e-mail it will click twice and then not let me type i have to click on it agian with my mouse its not horrible but just anoying please some one help
 
hmm its quite hard to understand what you mean but i assume diffrent windows keeps popping up and then nothing types right?

Lol your system sounds messed up,Do yo have the windows disk because to keep it simple you could just re-install windows fresh :)
