When will be the best time to buy a computer for christmas. Im not sure if the prices will go up as its christmas time or they will go down so they sell more. Are any new products coming out in winter which might lower the price of lower end products ?

Around christmas or early next year. $200 quads are coming out, and the 8800GT's are coming too.
