where can I exchange my Software License with another license?

Hi to all members. I am new here.Hope you help me:)
I "Won KIS 2010 3 user one year license" from elecomp 2009. I want to exchange it's license with another software license, Because In Iran It is very hard to buy original softwares.
I want to exchange it with software licenses I need.but I don't know Where I can exchange it? I googled But I can't find any forum or ... .Is it illegal here?
Even I have not Opened It's package. You can see here:

Try to sell those on Ebay maybe
and buy the software that u need with the money.
 
I can't sell at eaby. Because In Iran having international accounts (pay pal or ....) is too hard and risky.
If I can sell there I'll never post it in forums!lol
 
Most software licenses prevent your from transfering the license to other owners.

Well, I haven't used this license yet. Even I haven't opened yet. I mean I haven't registred it as my own license, then it can be transferred.
