Where can I find one of these...

So in my quest for more photo equipment to round out my rig I keep seeing these very nifty portable hard drive devices that you plug your CF card into and it downloads your images for safekeeping and has like an LCD screen to see the pictures...

For one, what exactly do you call these things because I cant seem to find them anywhere

And secondly, do they make them without the LCD screen? I have no need for the screen and imagine I could probably save a few bucks not having one. Let me know!
 
I haven't seen any without the LCD. The one I can remember the name of was called a Photobank, whether that was the name given to it by the company making the drive, or if that's what they're actually called, I don't know.
