Where can I get some cheap SDRam?

I think thats what the type of ram in my laptop latitude c640 is it? And how much dose this ram cost and where could I buy it for the lowest price.

That laptop only has a max memory of 1gb using 2 sticks of 512mb.

You can use any of these or try ebay or possibly a local computer repair shop may have some on hand for you to buy.

And no mater what you get, it may or may not work. Older machines are picky about the RAM you put in them.
