Where can I host a soundclip?

Can you explain this a little bit better for us? By host a soundclip do you mean on a website or what. I'm sure most of us are confused as to what you want.
 
You know how some people host videos on sites? Such as putfile etc? I have like a 10 second soundclip that I want to host. But its not the right format for the Video Uploaders.
