All of them have unlimited size, including invisionfree, and bandwidth etc.

Invisionfree is by far the most popular cuz u get to upload up to 15 megs of files, choose your own skins, and has the least adds. phpbbforfree has a lot of adds, and many features and mods.

I personally use Nabble. Extremely quick and easy to setup and you can mimic many popular board styles like vbulletin and search
