Where can you get C++ ?

A book? It's a programming language... What are you trying to find? The compiler?

jGRASP It's not great but it's a free Java, C++, and some other language compiler. I Just got into Programming So I don't know any good free ones.

for java, i used jcreator in high school, but i dont think that is free publicly

When i was learning, i used Dev C++:

The project has been inactive for a year or so, but it runs on any version of windows(there was a linux port but is abandoned now). it also includes the ability to make an installer.
