S smartguy New Member Dec 21, 2006 #6 When i was learning, i used Dev C++: http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html The project has been inactive for a year or so, but it runs on any version of windows(there was a linux port but is abandoned now). it also includes the ability to make an installer.
