Where do i connect the fans?

I seen that they can connect to the psu and mb, but have run out of connectors
but is it possible to connect it to a 4 pin, then connect that 4 pin to the hard drive or disk drive or something?

Yes, you can get adapters that run inline to one of your other components.

Something like this. Aftermarket fans usually come with something like this.
