Where do i plug my 4 case fans?

hi,

I have just received my coolermaster praetorian case which has 5 fans in total four in the case and one optional which can go at the top if the usb and speaker ports are removed but where do i connect the four case fans? Do they connect to the motherboard becuase theres four seperate connectors (one for each fan they are 3 pin plugs) do they connect to the motherboard the motherboard is a gigabyte GA-K8NF-9.

P.S where do the usb ports and speaker port wires go to (the front panel)

the usb ports and speaker wires all go to the motherboard, there are set pins for these. as far as the fans go, u can buy a controller that mounts as a 5.25 inch drive on the front of the tower and has a speed know for each fan. usually they can handle like 5 fans. this would be the best idea. plus, they look awesome.

Can i run the computer without the four fans or are they as important as the prosessor fan.

four case fans are only moving air in asnd out of the case. id say use 2 to start with, and then check ur internal temps, but 4 fans never hurt anyone.

The motherboard only has one system fan socket.

ok then start with one. thats all my tower has, and my temps are fine. ur cpu has its own kick ass fan and so does the psu.

well you can always get a molex adapter and stick the fans on the molex connectors.
