I'm looking at building a new computer. I've looked at newegg.com and directron.com. Where else does one go to purchase hardware? Thanks.

I usually but from:
1.) eBay
2.) TigerDirect.ca
3.) Futureshop
in that order. eBay usually has good stuff, and I've never been burned. If they don't have what I want, then I go to tigerdirect.ca

Newegg is so much better than eBay. It's safer and the prices are comparable. I'd rather pay a few extra dollars to a reputable retailer, rather than paying outrageous shipping to some of the thieves on eBay. Besides, Newegg ships the same day and FedEx usually gets my order from California to New York within 3 business days.

Ebay is certainly the cheapest in the UK, and I have never been burned. Newegg is dirt cheap though. Shame they dont ship internationally, or I'd make use of the good exchange rate :D

yeah newegg.com is prolly the best for customer support and fast shipping, but xoxide.com has more modding supplies and gamer cases and things like that, also newegg.com almost always has the lowest prices on the interweb :D
