where does it extract the files to

ive downloaded the exe file from hp website

HP Color LaserJet 2600n Plug and Play Package

when it finishes the download i open it and extracts the files but i dont know where the extracted files are, any help?

When you click on the file to extract it, it should tell you where its going. Just extract the file again.

Usually it extracts to a folder named "HPxxxxxx" in the main c:\ drive.

Might have an option to extract in place. Where ever the zip or rar is at it will create a directory there then extract. Other way start the zip program and look in options to see where it is extracting. you can always change the directory where. i have a working directory for example. it goes in there. always know where its at.
