Setting up a few networks here (three...), the first one is already up but how does the internet get delivered to the second router (NOT access point)? Wireless? ethernet cable (what port)...?

Router #2 - works wired (power plugged in and ethernet to my laptop) but not wireless, weird...Do I connect router #1 in ethernet port to router #2 in ?

How exactly is your network set up? What computers do you have in each "network", and how are they set up? Where/how is the router to the internet set up? How are you currently trying to connect these "networks"?

DSL (Black box from internet provider) is coming in from the wall, I plug the router into the DSL (router #1), which has 2 wired desktops (I have wireless cards for them too...) and a laptop (wireless), I want to hook up router #2 for a second network for security cameras to be recorded seperate, in a different area of the house (home-based business, only about 20 feet away though)...

I don't want to connect the networks together, I want to connect them all seperate but I can only get one going at a time.

First one plugged in normally.
Second plugged into wall - attempting wireless, won't work, wired connection to laptop will, router-router cabled together makes the internet connection be too slow to work.

...Thanks
