where is acer travelmate 4021 Hard drive??

its difficult to say, having not seen the computer. could you post some pics of the underside? for now, just look under the computer for any removable hatches; most brands make the hard drive and RAM relatively easy to access/replace.

hmm. some HDDs are designed to slide out the side after taking out several screws. wherever it is, it should have a symbol of several disks stacked on top of each other somewhere near it. try looking for that.

p.s. how many hatches were there and what did you see? most likely you saw RAM and possibly a wireless card, and possibly the HDD, you just didnt know it.
