Where is the bios update?

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, and I need to update my bios. Where can I download it from? My specs are below if it helps. I can't find anything with Google.

From what I see the newest is A09 from 10-12-2005.

Why do you need to update?
Updating Bios just to update it is asinine if you aren't having any issues, or if the update won't cure your issues.

The other way is to run something like Belarc advisor or cpuZ to find if the board is made by someone else then look it up on their website.

you can find bios updates from the dell website by entering the computer serial number, it is not recommended to download bios update from other sites cause you can damage your motherboard if you choose the false one

Dang thats why I couldn't find any updates. I have the newest one. Shoot. Thanks though.
