Where to buy a GPU fan?

Hi there, I want to buy a new fan for my X700 Pro, because it is too noisy(I'm used to my computer being silent with my old card with no fan), and to cool it down a bit. I live in Canada, and Newegg doesn't ship here. Is there a line of stores that sells them, or a trustworthy website that ships to Canada? I'm not 19 yet(but will be in a month), so I dont have a credit card, so I would prefer a store.

One Canadien office and pc supply vendor can be looked over at http://cybertech52.com/computerproducts/index.html TigerDirect Canada didn't show any card coolers at http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/category/category_tlc.asp?CatId=99
You would probably have to contact DirectDial directly to see if they carry video card accessories like cooling fan setups. http://www.directdial.com/ca/shop/go/dd-videocard-all-stock.asp?menu=235,
But here's a list of Canadien vendors with links to look over at http://www.computers-canada.com/search.html

my videocard is noisy as well... but i use ATITool to turn down the fan

this solution... only if u don't need to cool it down more...

With SpeedFan you can also set fan speeds manually. But that is done with caution there. You simply turn down the percentage to lower the speed that way. But if you plan on doing any serious gaming/OCing then you will want those speeds going full blast. You could also look around for a place like Circuit City or Staples that sells accessories like video coolers over the counter if you are not able to have someone order one for you.

I use ATI tool to adjust my fan settings. When at idle, my computer is silent. It's just when I game, the temp jumps up and the fan blows 80-100% the whole time.

Of you are in the market for a new GPU fan, I suggest a zalman cooler. I just bought mine about 3 days ago and it's awesome! My video card was idling 68-70C and now it idles at 48C and does not go over 52 (and this is OC'ed pretty much as far as I can go, and only 1 80mm intake on my case!)

I have not seen the silencer's in action, but I know they are very good coolers as well. I got this one, hope you will be able to find a place where they sell these:
