Where to buy a Recovery Disk for Toshiba Laptop?

I need to get a Recovery Disk for Toshiba Satellite A105-S101 Laptop. I called Toshiba and they want $25 for recovery disk. Anyone know anywhere else I can get a recovery disk for a lower cost?
 
$25 is about as cheap as you will find.
You may want to try to see if it has a built in partition for restore. On the L305 and L455 series, you push either C or 0 (above letters, not numpad.) as soon as the power button is pushed, and hold till a system beep comes on.
 
you may check ebay. I found a IBM R52 recovery disk on there cheaper than IBM wanted.
Just make sure they will take it back and refund if it doesnt work.
 
Is it safe to assume that it is a new hard drive or that the hard drive has been erased? Have you checked to see if maybe someone in your area has the same model laptop and can maybe burn you an image from theirs? Of course it would still probably require a call to Microsoft to legally activate.
 
Well, I'll keep this information in mind for the future. I already bought the $25 recovery disk. Thanks for attempted help.
