where to buy this case?

im trying to buy this case: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163071 but the only problem is its deactivated on newegg, and the guy on ebay wants $250 for it, and i really cant find it anywhere else

I would not buy that one...almost every post I saw says it has a terrible heat problem. I like a nice cool running PC. You could fix that I guess with a little thinking and some fans or something.
