where to buy Windows 7 Professional OEM licence only?

Hello, i have a fresh copy of Windows 7 i got it from online donwload but i want to buy a windows 7 professional OEM licence for the windows i will install on my two new desktops.
i don't want to buy a whole windows 7 pro OEM DVD on which there is a licence, so is it possible to buy only a licence ??

if yes please give me a trusted and certified online store from where i can buy this licence, or a store that sells DVD of windows 7 professional oem with licence

What I suggest doing is install the OS and when it asks you to activate, contact microsoft and pay for the license. There will be a phone number for you to call that comes up. Either that or find a place near you that still sells the software.
