Where to plug the incase temperature thingy

I have an Asus m3a78 Pro motherboard, and an unknown case with build in temperature display. I notice that in there I have a 2 pin female adapter connected to the case, I'm pretty sure it is for the temperature display because right now its not plugged and I get no temperature display. I'm not sure where it goes, and wonder if other people with build in temperature display would have some ideas, thanks!

Link to my motherboard (newegg)

More then likely thoses are going to be plugged into probe you place on your motherboard. They won't plug into your motherboard directly.

I own a 3a78 board myself and it has no on-board temperature sensing.

So if the case comes with a temperature sensor, but the motherboard doesnt have it, then I can use it? or there are ways to plug the sensor plugs onto the mother board?

You said the case comes with a temperature sensor. Plug it into that. The mainboard isn't the place for it.
