Where to source old Gigabyte board?

One of my computers died yesterday. First it wouldn't wake up, so I rebooted it and it got to the end of the RAM check and stalled - reboot again and it didn't even get to the RAM check and stalled. 3rd reboot - DEAD.

Anyhow, pulled it apart - motherboard has the old leaky capacitor syndrome Grrrrrrrr!

Ordinarily, I wouldn't mind so much - OK, buy a board & CPU and upgrade it. But this time I'm too busy to redo everything. I don't want to have to format the HD and start over - just don't have time to go there.

It is a Gigabyte GA-8KNXP. In its day this was a very deluxe board. I have all kinds of fancy cooling stuff and so on.

Now the question:
Does anyone know where I could source a similar board to replace it with? Obviously it is obsolete. If I replace it with another Gigabyte with an Intel chipset, I may be able to just bolt it in and let it do the old hardware shuffle and I'm good to go.

I haven't had much luck doing this on anything other than a VIA chipset. Most computers I do this to wind up choking on the hardware settings and BSOD'ing me.

I'm running P4 2.4 Ghz.

Can anyone offer any thoughts on this? My biggest thing is not redoing the HD. I don't care about anything else. I just know that if I replace it with a VIA or SIS or other chipset, I'll likely get BSOD'd I'm also running the onboard Intel RAID so would like to keep that system intact.
