I know that in a lot states(NC being one) that if a business also resides in that state that you Internet/phone/mail order from that you will get hit with both shipping and state tax so best buy may not be cheaper with the extra charges

You can always check your local Wal-mart. I got my 20" lcd there for under 200-plus you don't have to wait for it to be shipped or pay for the shipping.
