where's the problem / issue with CF?

Don't get me wrong guys( n gals ) I love computer forum but the recent issues with glitches of posts duplicating and pages not refreshing after posting etc is giving me a little trouble in another thread I commented on soooooo.....

Where do you think the problems originate?

• our personal hardwares/isp etc or
• An unresolved issue at CF's end somewhere?

It will just be interesting to see what people believe is the culprit
