Which anti-virus programs are running?

Hi,
I have a Lenovo Yoga 510 , Windows 10 laptop which regularly freezes and hangs. I wonder if Norton anti-virus is fighting with some other anti-virus program installed?
Eg one of the free ones which comes installed with windows?
How can you find out how many anti-virus/anti-malware programs are running on your laptop?

Google just said go to "update and security" and look to see if "windows defender" is enabled, but isnt their a way of listing what anti-virus programs are running?

Once any antivirus gets installed, windows defender gets disabled.

Personally I think that nowadays Windows Defender is good enough, no need to slow your computer down.

Yeah I use Windows Defender and then Malware Bytes for the odd scan here and there
