Which Barebone is better?

OK, i was really disapointed when i found out that the barebone system that i wanted to buy from tigerdirect was discontinued. But i did just find this one that compares nicely to it.

OK, just to make me fell not as bad for not acting one the first one... could you guys tell me which you think is better? I thought the new one was better but i thought i'd check with you guys.
 
a barebones is like a PC kit. they give you most of the components and you put it together. just saves the time of looking for each avalable part. so is the newer barebone PC i linked better?
 
I believe the second one is better, it has a more updated motherboard. I don't know if that PSU is very good though, maybe other people could help you out with that.
 
yes, i know its discontinued, I said that in the first post. I just wanted to compare the two systems b/c i was originally planning to buy the now discontinued system. What do you think is wrong with the PSU holdenssx?
