Which Card To Buy?

I'm selling my 6870 for 185 because I saw it on newegg for cheaper. I messed up the rebate and ended up paying 190 instead of 165 ish.

I can buy the 6870 again for the following prices:

HIS: 149.99 free ship
XFX: 149.99 free ship
Diamond: 164.99 + ship
PowerColor: 159.99 free ship
Sapphire: 159.99 free ship
Asus: 169.99 free ship
HIS (IceQ): 179.99 free ship
XFX (2GB VERSION*): 179.99 + ship
MSI: 179.99 + ship
Gigabyte: 169.99 + ship

Not sure which brand is best (heat sink, temps, overclockabliity)

OR should I get another card (around $200 at the most)

There are some Twin Frozr editions available too, are those any good? I've been eyeing the 2GB version as well, would it be a significant increase over the 1GB or is it just marketing? Thanks

wait, so you're selling your 6870 so you can buy a 6870 a little cheaper, ssems like too much trouble for a few bucks, and if you've opened the card's case it is basically considered used and worth like 150 or less, not 185 or whatever.

but twin frozers are pretty good, and the advantage of the 2gb's is when you play at 1080p some games need more memory so in the next year you will prob see more of a difference between the 2, especially if you want to use i think its anistropic filtering that uses up the vram, that or antialiasing eats vram.

Actually I changed my mind, your right its not really worth it.

This got me thinking though, suppose I buy a card from newegg and something goes wrong (ex: fried during ocing). Couldn't I just buy a new one and send them back the old one saying it came defective? Infinite warranty!
