Which Card with a TV-out is good?

I want to watch downloaded movies on my TV - which card is good?
I need a TV out, right?

I am just wondering if there is a card that will transmit anything on the montor to a TV.

Well to watch downloaded films, you need a computer and monitor. If you want to watch on a TV directly then damn near any videocard made in the last 3 years will suffice (most have TV-Out)
