Which Case Goes Best?

^ It's faster.

$125 gives you a lot of options. What's most important to you in a case? Looks, airflow, features, size, etc.

Also, what do you like as far as looks? Gamer-looking things like this:

Professional looking ones like this:

Or a more refined look like this:

This computer is being used only for running a training software for my bicycle trainer and also connect to my big screen TV. Internet connection for updating software only. Looks of case isn't as important as size. That's why I was wondering about whether a mini would work, but I don't want to create "cramping" issues with the hardware.

^ Indeed, Micro is the way to go.

I think this would be the best case for you. It's the most compact non-crappy mATX case that Newegg has in stock, and looks quite nice IMO. Only 15" tall.

There ARE smaller ones, like this, but I'm not sure you'd want to put a Phenom II quad and a 5670 in one of those.

edit: You'll need a mATX motherboard as well. This seems to be the best board around the $80 mark:

Drenlin, appreciate the advice and info on the case. Is there another MB that you recommend. Being a noob, I'm not comfortable with the comments on Newegg's site regarding the board you're recommending. Thanks

Most of that's just people complaining that they can't figure something out. Its BIOS isn't as good as other brands like Gigabyte or Asus, which can be bad for somebody trying to overclock, but for someone like you making a purpose-built rig it won't make a bit of difference.

Keep in mind that every company will have a dud or two, and those people are much more likely to write a bad review about it than happy customers are to write a good one.

If you look at the board, it's got all solid capacitors, which is one of the best ways to determine if a board is well built or not. It also has chipset and VRM cooling(a good thing), and a 3-year warranty just like Gigabyte or Asus.

However, if you's rather have another one, this'd be alright:

From my point of view Cooler Master HAF 932 AMD is the most perfect computer available at present. Because HAF 932 AMD edition adds racing red to the front and is branded with the AMD dragon on the acrylic see-through side panel, representing great power and toughness to compliment the revolutionary High Air Flow structure to enhance and protect any hardware.

imho the silverstone raven rv-02 is ahead of the class currently, it has easy to clean filters mounted on bottom, bringing cool air in from below, and evacuating it out the top, and the mobo is mounted 90 degrees, ass pointing up. this makes for all the heat to go naturally up and out of the case...i think its brilliant, and takes the strain off gpus which tend to sag from the weight some have been getting from massive heatsinks...like my effing 460...weighs more than my 9800s did...
