case 1 seems to have a very good ventilation with two 120mm and one 80mm fan installed. Plus the other two cases looks like they're made up of cheap metal.

All three are made of steel.
 
The third case we have at school on our computers in the music lab, they are ok, but they are kinda small, even for a mid tower. They are very cheaply made too. I would reccomend either of the XIONs.
 
Out of those three, I would say the first one. However personally I think there all cheap and ugly, no offense. But for the price their not bad.
 
Well I like simply designs, I think the Lian Li cases are awesome.

But for something more in your price range, I would look at the Thermaltake Swing.

Sorry to break it to you, but you can make the worst steel dull, and the best steel shiny looking :] Although those two may be worse, there's not really a way of telling by their "shinnynes"
