I agree. It's hard to tell you what computer to get when we don't know what you plan to do with it.

What is you total budget? What do want to do with the computer you buy?

IMO the CPU is the hardest thing to upgrade so just look for something with a good processor. The GPU doesn't matter, nor does the power supply. Once everything else that is stock is good, then you can find a video card and then pick a PSU to match it.
