Intel Dual-Core E2180---> Overclocked to about 3.0+ Ghz

OR!?!

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Brisbane 2.5GHz

Will Be Used For Gaming

If you're certain you can get it to 3Ghz (which is just wishful thinking), then yes it will be better. However at stock, the X2 is much better.

After reading this post i guess ima go with Intel E2180 trying to build a tower...budget 400$ with overclocking i need some cooling...try nd sqeeze that in there =o

now hold on i wouldnt go that path, if i were you. even if you could get the intel at that speed, the X2 can overclock well too, and will still beat the e2180
