The C2d is a newer chip utilizing a better architecture among other things, it's like comparing a normal car to a futuristic flying car and saying the normal car is better because it has more horsepower. Who says the futuristic flying car needs all that horsepower to kick the crap out of the normal wheeled car?
That's not a bad explanation, i might have to use that some time.![]()
Pretty good explanation, but I would have said comparing it to a futuristic car with say a 1.5L engine vs a 1960's car which had a 6.0L engine. Where the bigger displacement doesnt mean faster performance. The C2d is a newer chip utilizing a better architecture among other things, it's like comparing a normal car to a futuristic flying car and saying the normal car is better because it has more horsepower.
