Which CPU,MB and Memory for me?

I'm thinking to buy a new computer for business purpose. It will install XP 32bit and accounting program. The budget is $1500usd for CPU, motherboard and memory. I want something fast and reliable. Better to have video card built into MB. What is the best I can get now? thanks for your advise.

If ypu are planning to use the pc for accounting, just buy the cheapest one you can get. Accounting softtware, don't require a powerfull pc.
