Finalizing my build and I am stuck on which CPU...

If you can afford it, go with the E4400. The mobo pages didn't load, but it looks like the beginnings of a good build.

The E4400 only offers about .2 GHz more Clock Speed and 1MB more of L2 Cache. If you can live without these little extras, you can save yourself about $50. Besides, you can overclock to gain the extra .2 GHz in speed.
