i am looking to buy a dell and have £1000 or about $1600 to spend. i have found a demension 9200 with 2.13 duel core processor, 500 gig hard drive, 2 gig of ram and a 720mb graphics card. there is also an xps 210 with similar specks but with a 320 hard drive, 4 gig of ram but only 250mb graphics card. i prever the looks of the xps but wonder what is more important ram, or a better graphics card? any help would be nice

4gb of RAM is too much by today's standard... so get a 2gb build with 720mb graphic...

btw... are you interested in building your own computer?? i mean its cheaper and you can get a better build than what is offered by Dell... also many people is saying that Dell computer is not good (poor quality)

well, thought the XPS's Graphics card is only 256mb insted of 720 or whatever you said. as it is an XPS it will probably be a better card. do you happen to know the names of the 2 cards? it will be easier to compare them then. and the specs of the pc's would help!

Why buying from dell?
Why not building yourself?
By the way, I found computerplanet doing the cheaper price. But don't know their customer service.

Dell has bad customer service and use cheaper parts. Get an HP, much better customer service and name brand hardware.

My rig was under $1000 (see sig)
