Which dell to chose from?

Hi,
I'm looking at two Dell computers. The Latitude D520 and the Inspiron 640m. The only think I need to use the computer for is to run a small website and to keep in touch with family. I'm leaning towards the Latitude. Is it the better one? Please help.

PS. My friend told me not to go with the dells that have a celeron processor because it has a bunch of disabled features. He said to look for the ones with a pentium processor. How does the processors on the computers i was looking at compare to the pentium and the celeron.

If all your doing is web surfer and email/word then if won't matter what CPU you get or really how much RAM it has. Basically go for whichever one is cheaper and still offers a solution to what you want. In this case it looks like the Inspirion/
