Which direction do you mount a case fan that's directly over the CPU?

Hello everyone, I just got my first case that has a mounting place for a case fan on the transparent "window" looking into the case. This hole is directly above where the CPU is placed on the motherboard. Should I mount the fan so it's blowing outward to help evacuate the air around the CPU or should I have it blowing inward to help aid the CPU cooling? Case fan over the CPU blows inwards or out from the case? Thanks everyone!

Blowing in because the fan that is on the backside of the case is blowing air out.
