I want to know that when we click on the image of the start menu in Win XP which file is actualy opened from windows directory

For e.g When U click on the system restore button the application that actually opens is C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore\rstrui

in run prompt try this: lusrmgr.msc

This brings up the local users and groups
