Which gaming pc to buy?

I'd recommend that you build your own machine. I just finished my first build last weekend and it's working great. It's cheaper and you get exactly the pieces you want. If you already have a monitor 900€ should buy you a fairly good computer, especially if you already have Windows installation disks. My computer was about 1200€ (without a monitor and Windows) and it can run everything at max graphic settings (at the moment).

They both seem to be custom built by the company selling them which means that they are upgrade able. The pricier one seems to be a very good computer. You'll get a good one if you buy it.

Also, to answer the question: I don't know how stretchy your budget is, but I'd get the i5 4670k (I have it in my computer). The K in the end means that you can even overclock it if you need extra power.

One more thing: I don't think you need water cooling. You'd get a better computer for the same price if you take air cooling. Also, air doesn't leak :) Why don't you need WC? I have air cooling (the stock CPU fan) and the highest temperature my CPU has ever reached is 68 C and my GPU's (Gigabyte GTX 760) highest temperature ever is 61 C.
