Which Graphics Card would be better?

I am buying the components to make a Gaming PC - which is both fast, efficient, and good for gaming!

I was wondering which graphics card is faster, better, and can deal with more FPS:

AMD RADEON HD 7850 (2GB, 1Ghz)
~OR~
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (2GB, 1.03Ghz)

Also, I was wondering if these Video cards would cope with games like Minecraft. and Battlefield 4; and if they'd play at highest settings?!
