Which heatsink? *UPDATED*

Need to replace my stock heatsink...
Down to these 2.

just seeing what the opinions are for each, and if anyone has either and how they perform.
I know that the zalman performs very well, and the gygabite seems promising, but just weighing the pros/cons.

also, if my case has poor circulation, will a heatsink make much difference, or does the case temp determine how cool my cpu can run?
i plan on improving the circulation, nonetheless.

well, not that anyone is interested in my scenario, but i bought the zalman 9500 heatsink. http://www.zalman.co.kr/usa/product/view.asp?idx=165&code=005

anyone considering a new air cooling solution for their processor and is concerned about getting the best, i recommend this heatsink. before, idled @ 37, now @ 34C. load before was 50C in bf2, now it never goes above 41C, with the aid of some as5.
