Which is a better budget/gaming RAM?

I'm building a budget system used only for gaming. I've kind of narrowed down the memory to these two, a cheaper one and a better/more expensive one.

$80 (dual 512)

Would I get by with the cheaper one, or is the more expensive one a lot better? Or do you have another suggestion?

well, the specs that really matter are completely absent from the cheap ram

i'd look at latency, and at what voltage it's obtained
