Which is a better buy?

I was looking at a 3700+ san diego for $225, or a 3800+ venice for $282

which one do you guys think i should get?

I know the Venice can overclock quite nicely, and I've had a good experience with mine. That said, I'm pretty sure the San Diego can OC too, and also it boasts double the L2 cache. I'd say the San Diego would be a btter buy. It's only .2 GHz behind and can be easily brought up by overclocking.
