which is best bang for buck?

Ok, i was looking at a build that I came up with, and i was looking for a better mobo replacement.
Ok, my build is in this thread in case you need to see.

My original mobo is this

And the one I was looking at is this

The second one is cheaper and it got better reviews and i think it fits with my build. Is it a better choice?

I would take a Gigabyte board over a Biostar board anyday, but it probably doesn't make a whole lot of difference. If possible, get a board based off of the 965 chipset instead of the 945.

i second that, the gigabyte is more reliable but the are basically the same, and look into the nVidia 6 series chipshet as well but thats a little more expensive
