They are both about 5 years old....
The specs are istart 1359,
p 4..3.06 ghz processor,
2gb ram dd2 fully upgraded i think,please check.
500mb hdmi asus grapics card agp...
mobo nec p53v2-nvm,
Vista o/s.
Mesh elite d820,
P4 d cpu 2.8ghz....dual core i think...Using Sandra..Please check,
Asus p5b tmx-gb-si,
2gb ram ddr2 fully upgraded i think,please check.
Grapics card intel 946gz express...
I think the Mesh is the better pc but not by much,would
i be right....i would like to upgrade to 4gb of ram but i am not sure if i could do that with both pc's.

i would keep the mesh, it certainly has the better branded motherboard, maybe swap the processors over

Do you mean take the mobo out of the packard bell & stick it in the mesh....
Never changed a processor over b4.
Is it difficullt to do..
I am presuming that would make it a dual core 3ghz...

no not the motherboard leave the mesh as it is, but take the cpu out of the istart and swap it with the slower one in the mesh, but before you consider that you have to check they are both the same socket pentium 4 are unusual they come in two sockets 478 and 775.
