I think the Mesh is the better pc but not by much,would
i be right....i would like to upgrade to 4gb of ram but i am not sure if i could do that with both pc's.
Do you mean take the mobo out of the packard bell & stick it in the mesh....

no not the motherboard leave the mesh as it is, but take the cpu out of the istart and swap it with the slower one in the mesh, but before you consider that you have to check they are both the same socket pentium 4 are unusual they come in two sockets 478 and 775.
