Which is best?

Hi, I have a budget of around £800. Yes, I know thats not much but thats what I have to spend.

I have been doing some digging and I have 3 choices:

Which of these would be best. Or if anyone has any suggestions on better things. Maybe a custom build? It would be greatly appreciated

The last one is better, but you could do much better building your own. I wouldn't get any of those, since it doesn't say what power supply it has. The one with the 6950 has a 450w, which would not be enough.
