Im looking to buy a TV card for my laptop, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what is best - USB or PCMCIA (I do have express...), and which specific make/model is best in that format.
Ideally I want one that will receive freeview and that I can record from (ideally, with a timer, so i can go to lectures and leave the timer on so it will record when the program starts)
any help is most greatfully received
